Description
Collection of five pieces English tableware comprising, a pair of salt glazed polychrome decorated creamware plates with scalloped and diapered rim (dia. 9.25"), floral polychrome creamware plate (dia. 6.25"), a Leeds salt glazed creamware pierced melon form sauceboat tureen with attached underplate (h. 4.75", w. 8", d. 7"), and a mochaware "Earthworm" handled footed bowl or mug (h. 3.5", dia. 5"), the tureen with numeric marks but all otherwise apparently unmarked
Condition
Firing imperfection/crack to one large plate on foot, restored cracks and rim chips to small plate, tureen with small fleabite to lip of body, lid does not sit flush, some staining and crazing to plates and bowl.
