1/2/23 2:24pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 592: The base/ lower case is approx 32.5”h. Regarding condition: I note some separation at the lower right-side panel, separation to interior of drawer bottoms, light surface wear to case commensurate with age and use, I observe all doors and drawers operate at this time, with the drawers sticking a bit, the piece is overall quite sturdy.
