1.17.23-LOT 1036- The plaque was examined in frame, I am not able to view the back as it is covered, with a visual examination, I observe some very minor wear to paint and spotting, as well some imperfections to paint, the frame appears intact with some very light gilt wear and small losses, a UV examination was rather unremarkable, only showing some light dust and dirt
