Condition
In good repaired and restored condition. Both chairs are tight in seat and back, sturdy and functional. One chair exhibits a past break in each side of the stile. It is now mended with an iron brace on the verso. The end of the bolts on the front side are visible in the catalogue photo just beneath the seat back. No notable losses to the marquetry, though there are some tiny flakes. There is a veneer loss to the lower ends.
