2 Vintage Chinese Fuzhou Lacquers; the first a Gilt Vase with figures in a mountain landscape and marked to base "Wang Taimi & Co / Foochow", together with a Box and cover in silvery lacquer painted to the cover with a Landscape with Scholar in Boat Fishing and a Pagoda in the background, the inside with gold powder on black lacquer, marked to base "Shen Shao An Lang Kee / Foochow China". Height of vase 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.).

Light age related wear to lacquer painting on both, the vase with a chip to mouth edge, the box cover with shrinkage crack and small lacquer flakes to 2 edges and 3 corners.
