UPDATED 2023 Terms for Purchasing and Shipping of Auction Items. Please read carefully before bidding. All payments for purchases will be made through LiveAuctioneers.com payment processing center. Hartzell's Auction Gallery will handle shipping In-House via UPS and USPS. For shipping quotes, please email shiphartzells@gmail.com before bidding. Shipping quotes will not be given after item(s) are purchased. After the sale has concluded, you will receive an email from Shipping Saint within 24 hours that will ask you if you wish to have your items shipped or if you wish to pick up. If you will be picking up your items a time must be reserved for you to do so on the automated calendar attached to the email. If you will be having your items shipped, you will receive an invoice with the cost of shipping within 72 hours, when this amount is paid by credit card on-line the item will then be shipped to you. You will no longer be contacted by us for credit card information for shipping payment. Pick-up for this Auction will be on Monday February 6th, Tuesday February 7th, Wednesday February 8th, and Thursday February 9th from 8:30am till 3:00pm. If you have any questions please call 610-588-5831. There is a $5.00 per lot handling fee. Larger items will not be shipped. If you require a 3rd party shipper or delivery we will forward you a list.
