James Earl Fraser (American, 1876-1953) bronze bas relief plaque depicting the profile bust portrait of 26th President of the United States Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt (1858-1919) followed by an inscribed quote "Aggressive fighting for the right is the noblest sport the world affords." Signed and dated "Fraser 1920" in mold upper left. Label with attribution and copyright information from the Decorative Arts League en verso. 12 7/8" H x 10" W x 1/2" D.

Great Shape with Great Patina - Label on the back is worn and has some missing pieces as shown in the photos.
