Chinese Rare Longquan 'Bamboo Neck' Vase with Bronze Stand. The pear-shaped body rising from a short straight foot to a tall tapered neck with a broad flared rim, the body and neck are carved with raised bands in imitation of bamboo, covered overall with a thick bluish-green save the footring revealing the buff body, the mouth rim bound in a metal band; fitted with a gilt-bronze stand. {Height: 10.3 inches (26.1 cm)}. Condition: Oxidation to the metal rim, surface scratches.
