Republic period
Carved in relief with blossoming trees; with two sets of two-character marks to the interior of the lid. Previous collector sticker and wax seal secured to handle. Sold with associated fitted box.
H: 3 7/8, W: 6 1/4, D: 4 1/4 in. (H: 9.84, W: 15.87, D: 10.79 cm.)
Provenance: Mr. & Mrs. Cheng, California, purchased in Hong Kong prior to the 1980s.
