CARVED AND SIGNED IVORY SEVEN LUCKY GODS A carved ivory group of the Japanese Seven Lucky Gods. All seven are stained as the main color to allow for contrasting facial hair features that are left the original ivory shade. Included are the following: Ebisu, god of the ocean seen holding a fish, Bishamonten, the warrior seen with his treasure pagoda and spear, Benzaiten, goddess of music and art, Hotei, the fat and happy Buddha seen with a staff and an exposed midriff, Jurojin and Fukurokuju, gods of longevity each with a staff and fan, and Daikokuten, god of earth seen with a magic mallet. All are signed around the pedial area. Size: 3"
