Note: The Mercer Kitchen at the Mercer Hotel was designed by Christian Liaigre in 1997, with an industrial aesthetic softened by luxurious comfort. These industrial fixtures were chosen and custom-adapted by Liaigre as part of the original installation. Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Mercer Kitchen was a landmark restaurant for celebrities, food lovers, and New Yorkers.
