Description
A pair of French early 19th century Charles X Grand Tour bronze urn-form tazza vases flanked by decorated arms, gadrooned urn bottom and a yellow sienna marble plinth with a bronze band decorated with heart-shaped leaves design called rais-de-coeur. Apparently unmarked, the maker is most likely Lucien Francois Feuchere, who was active in Paris until 1828. Circa 1820. European Metalware, French Empire Antiques And Collectibles.
