Item Details

Description

A Chinese famille verte covered jar, dating from the 19th century. The high shouldered jar with flared base features two famille verte panels with two figures and a dragonfly in nature. Green and orange striped design on the flared base and geometric design around the base of the neck, With a rounded cover which flares over the neck and a green beast finial.
H. 12 1/2" (31.7 cm)

Condition: good condition overall for age and use. With a small repair to the edge of the rim.
