Description

This antique Carte de Visite photograph is a studio shot of a little girl and a child's size penny farthing bicycle. A girl of this age would ususually be posed with a tricycle, and this short high wheeler is more rare to see. The size of the photo is standard, 2 1/2 x 4 inches. Its condition is excellent, with clear image. A name is printed on the lower margin on the backing. The reverse side has the name of the studio in Columbus, Ohio, at Comstock's Opera House, which incidentally burned down in 1958. * * This will be a great photo for any bike fan.
