A vintage HAR dragon brooch
Mid-20th century
Marked: HAR / (C)

A green and gold-toned metal dragon brooch with reticulated tail and set with scattered lava and aurora borealis jewels
5" H x 2" W

Provenance: Maria Domont Collection, West Hollywood, CA

Notes: HAR was the earliest mark for Hargo Creations in New York, founded in 1955 by Joseph Heibronner and Edith Levitt.
Condition
Overall good condition with dust accumulation, light wear, and scratches commensurate with age and use. Stones with scattered light abrasions. Missing one stone to left leg.
