An ancient Roman gold Aureus coin from the reign of Emperor Philip I, 244 to 249. The obverse features a draped bust of Otacilia Severa, diademed, draped, the lettering is: MARCIA OTACIL SEVERA AVG. The reverse features Pudicitia, draped, veiled, seated left, right hand drawing veil and holding a transverse scepter in the left hand. The lettering is PVDICITIA AVG. Ancient World Coins For Collectors. Weight: 7.3 grams
