SST. Sign is Maker Marked American Art Works, Coshocton, Ohio. A very nice example of this unique and colorful Tin Sign from Whistle showing excellent Whistle colors and script as well as a raised outer border. CONDITION: Sign is in overall very good condition showing excellent color & gloss throughout the entire field. Sign shows clean script with bright colors but does show some areas of surface scratching as well as paint wear near the "I" of Whistle. Sign shows a few light areas of paint wear along the outer edge most of which are not distracting from the Sign. Sign is most likely New Old Stock and any wear has come from age and shelf storage. A very nice displaying example of Whistle Tin Signage. Condition: (8.5+). Dimensions: 26 - 1/2" x 6 - 3/4".
