The other side has "HIGH WIRE" stencil cutout in the face. There is a power cord coming from inside the box and there are electrical components inside, but the unit has not been tested and is being sold as-is. The "LOW WIRE" side is painted yellow with black border, the "HIGH WIRE" side is painted black. The chassis shows significant paint loss and rusting. The electrical components are old and frayed.
