Description

Fabulous set of (6) "Phantom" dining side chairs designed by John Hutton for Donghia, featuring ebonized saber legs and custom-made velcro slipcovers in Donghia "Sashiko" Japanese-inspired fabric with running stitch motif; plus a partial bolt of matching fabric. Covers can be easily removed to reveal the original upholstery, a lustrous chartreuse silk. Dimensions: H 36" x W 20.5" x D 25" x SH 17.5" Condition: Fabric covers with sun fading to top third of backrests, some fraying to piped trim, and a few spots of minor soiling/discoloration. Original fabric not fully inspected. A few nicks and rubs to finish on legs.
