Four Chicago, Rock Island & Texas and Chicago, Rock Island & Gulf Railroad Gold Bonds Four gold bonds from the Chicago, Rock Island & Texas and from the Chicago, Rock Island & Gulf railroad. There are two bonds from each railroad. The Texas bonds were unissued and have cancelation punches through the unused signature lines. The Gulf bonds were both issued, signed, and canceled with punches. Gulf bonds from 1904 and 1912, Texas Bonds appear to date from around 1902. All four have some very minor wear but are in good condition.
