An Antique oil painting on canvas of a landscape with a horse in the foreground and three people attending to it, while one person reaches for a small child. It is Signed lower right "JM Darmanin". The Painting is in very good condition. The Engraved plaque appears to have been mis-engraved and reads "T.M. Darmanin" however. A Small Typewritten Paper Tag on the Back reads as follows: "Darmanin, J.M. - Leveling the Ground" (Presumably the Title of the Painting). The White and gilt frame has some scuffs and signs of wear, but is in very goood condition. The Painting measures 24" x 32". The Frame measures 32" x 40".
