Sterling Glass Bar Ring, Pave Accent, Sz. 8.5, 1990's ot slightly after. This is marked .925 with a weight of appx. 8.70 gr. It has rhodium plating over the sgerling. Three staggered glass or crystal large baguetes that are bezel-capped on the short ends. They are appx.18mm long and 4mm wide. The center bar is offset sightly from the other two. A curved slightly tapered illusion pave design crosses over the stones at an angle. The ring is appx. 15mm down the finger and crosses the entire top of the finger at appx. 20mm wide. It sits high at 9.5mm at the crossover piece and 7mm at the center baguette. It does not have magnetic attraction. It is not signed by the maker. Very good condition. The ring is a beauty and unique. It is marked .925 with the rhodium plating as mentioned. I am often concerned that they are silver plated and not sterling as the acid testing is not the same when something is clearly sterling. This tests as sterling but just not as strongly - the anti-tarnish plating can cause that too. The ring is priced lower than it would be if it was a clear read on the testing.
