PRANCING HORSE FORM WEATHERVANE, Attributed to A.L. Jewell & Co, Waltham, MA, C 1852 (active 1852-67). Copper and zinc, flattened full body form, pierced eye. Pierced eye and generous use of lead indicate early Jewell production. Fine natural verdigris surfaces. Overall good condition; minor soft body dents, seam separations, crush damage to two lower legs. Stand included.
