"The Works of Anatole France" published by Gabriel Wells, New York:, 1924, special edition limited to 1075 numbered and signed sets, signed by Anatole France in the first volume, this being copy #760. First 10 volumes with France's most important works from the initially 30 volume set.

Hard boards, original maroon cloth spines with paper labels [some labels have damaged edges: see photos]; 6" x 9"; 10 volumes-- c.16" shelf space; the page with the original signature of Anatole France and his photogravure portrait are in the first volume, pages are printed on high quality 'Old Stratford' watermarked paper, rough page edges as issued, very good condition.
