Description
Teacup. An Imperial Russian .875 silver and enamel cylindrical form teacup with stylized foliate honey comb pattern motif and an angled handle with spindle finials. With a pictorial city mark of Moscow, Assay master mark of A.P (Alexander Vasilyevich Romanov?), illegible make's mark most probably Gustav Klingert , and a date of 1887. Total approx. weight is 5.23 troy oz (gross). From a Westchester, NY estate. Dimensions: cup measures approx. 2.7" in diameter.
Condition
Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. Cup exhbits loss to enamel. Please utilize the given photos in order to properly assess the condition of the enamel. Foot exhbits a few dents.
