Condition
Dresser Jar: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; it is possible there may be some very tiny nicks to the rim edge of the cover, however, the technique of this glass is primarily bubbles and the rim edge had to be ground and polished (in the making), which necessitated going through the bubbles; the top rim edge of the bowl feels essentially smooth to the touch, with the exception of one or two very tiny possible nicks, not of great consequence; there are two very tiny nicks to the clear glass finial, barely discernible, and there is a single internally trapped small air bubble that is visible in the finial, in the making, not of great consequence
Vase: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; interior appears to be in generally good, clean condition; the pontil mark area has a waffle-like texture, as made
Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact and Doyle New York shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. Please contact the specialist department to request further information or additional images that may be available.
