Rare, Chevron-comb Sublime Harmonie cylinder music box, 8 tunes, by Paillard, Vaucher Fils, Ste-Croix, Switzerland, ser. #40310, this pieces dates to about 1886. Unusual, in that the sublime harmony effect is carried out on a single-piece, chevron or inverted ‘V’- shaped comb. CONDITION: Overall in fabulous original condition inside and out. No damages or previous repairs and retains its original, colorful tune program card. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: 20 - 1/2" x 8 - 3/4" x 4".
