This one is a little smaller than we are used to seeing. Measures approximately 31" tall at the highest point with a 20" seat height. It is 58" long and has a 31" arm width. Definitely a quality piece in very good condition. All furniture purchases must be picked up locally at our storage building in Minneola, FL on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 during business hours.
