The stamp was used on the ship PETER GREATE. The stamp has a few maker's mark inside. One of them is very strange - Molotov. Molotov was a diplomat and was working with Stalin. Also you remember the Agreement MOLOTOV - RIBENTROP in 1939 (betwen Russia and Germany).
