Set of German decorations. It consists of: 1. Saxony, Kingdom. A Commemorative Cross of 1863/1864(Erinnerungskreuz 1863/1864). Instituted 8 August 1890 by King Albert. (1890 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms, the obverse with a central wreathed monogram of King Albert, the reverse with central wreathed dates “1863-1864”, unmarked, measuring 33.48 mm x 37.94 mm. 2. Saxony, Kingdom. A Commemorative Cross for the 1866 German Civil War. The cross was instituted in 1867 for all soldiers who had participated in the War. Bronze, dim. 32 x 30 mm. 3. The War Commemorative Medal of 1870-1871 (German: Kriegsdenkmünze für die Feldzüge 1870–1871) is a campaign medal presented by Kaiser William I in his capacity as King of Prussia. The medal was presented to commemorate service in the Franco Prussian War. The medal was presented to members of the united German armies. The medal was presented for combat service. Bronze.
