Collection of four 1977 Matchbox Adventure 2000 diecast vehicle sets, group includes K-2001 Raider Command, K-2002 Flight Hunter, K-2003 Crusader, and K-2004 Rocket Striker, Boxes C8+ with light shelf wear as expected with age, minimal corner and edge wear, cellophane windows have wrinkled with age, otherwise display beautifully and strong examples. Toys unused C9 appearing to have only been opened for inspection by Andy after purchasing new, please refer to photographs.Largest 4 1/2" x 9" x 3 1/2".
From the collection of Andy Yanchus, Brooklyn, New York, Project Manager for Aurora Plastics (1965-1975) and staff colorist for Marvel Comics (1975-1992). An exceptional gentleman who curated a magnificent collection of fine and rare models, toys, and comic books over his lifetime.
