Other Notes: Proceeds to benefit non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
This lot is accompanied by a piece of paper titled, "Genuine Original Woodblock Print," which states that the woodblock print, "Kanjincho," by Toyohara Kunichika is genuine and was printed in 1869. This statement is signed in ink by Y. Otsuki, the president of Uchida Art Co., LTD., Kyoto, Japan.

Condition
Each overall good condition. Dust accumulation and specks of grime commensurate with age. Minor toning and the colors slightly attenuated. Pinhead-sized or smaller foxmarks scattered throughout. Handling creases scattered throughout, primarily in the first panel. Minor rippling through the paper, primarily in the second panel. Not examined out of the frame.
Framed together under Plexiglas: 17.25" H x 32.25" W x 1.375" D Condition reports are offered as a courtesy and are typically published in Moran's catalogue or can be made available upon request. The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from defects or restoration, nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of others.
