In overall fairly good and stable condition. Having some scattered instances of minor lifting to veneer, and some liftng and loss along the top edges of both doors. One door with some damage and loss along the bottom-most section of paneling and with a small crack in the upper-right corner of the glass pane. Some evidence of worming along the base boards.
