Antique Wooden Kitchen Hand Mashers, Lot of 2 Vegetable Mallets, Primitive Kitchen Utensil Tool
This listing is for TWO used antique solid wooden kitchen hand masher or masher mallet, wooden pestle masher mallet. Primitive kitchen tool. These vegetable mashers was made around the turn of the century. A simple graceful styling slender look. This is a great used antique kitchen hand tool that would be a great addition to someone collectible antique wooden kitchenware display.
APPROXIMTE MEASUREMENTS
Left Masher measures 10-1/2” long with a 2-1/4" round base head
Right Masher measures 10-3/4" long with a 2-3/4" round base head.
Set of 2 antique wooden potato mashers are in good used condition and they do show some wear from decades of use. The turned handle mashers are constructed out of one piece of wood.
CONDITION
Well used antique condition. These wooden pestles are showing signs of usage and wear. There are visible marks on the mashers. There are no breaks but do have minor age cracks present. There are signs of scratches, scuffs and abrasions present. Both have a lovely age patina that only comes with age.
This is a used antique kitchen woodenware and is being sold as is. As found in an local farmhouse estate auction in Western New York. I have not cleaned or altered in any way.
Wonderful old wooden masher with great character and charm.
Would make a nice addition to your country farmhouse kitchen collection.
