Titled with "Painted by Norman Rockwell for The Saturday Evening Post" printed, lower margin of each work. Images were originally published with essays in The Saturday Evening Post, February 20th through March 13th, 1943.
Following the enormous success of these images, the Post and the U.S. Treasury Department launched a joint fundraising campaign in May 1943.
Lot includes (2) complete sets of four posters titled Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Worship, Freedom from Want, and Freedom from Fear, as well as (2) original folders and a promotional booklet dated 1980. Dimensions reflect paper size of each poster.

This lot is in overall good condition and has (2) sets of (4) posters each. One set of the four has a line of discoloration in the front and verso of each poster. Both sets have slight attenuation and discoloration on the margins of the posters.
