New York related documents and ephemera including: 1.) A 19th century manuscript copy of a late 17th century indenture for tract of land being sold from native American tribe to William Chopy on May 4, 1698. Document measures 12.5" x 6". 2.) An indenture dated July 25, 1719 for a tract of land in Oyster bay, New York from Jonas Powell to Wait Powell. Document measures 12.5" x 16" and exhibits some toning and folds. 3.) Estate document for Joh Powell of Oyster bay, New York dated March 19, 1740. Document measures 16" x 13" and exhibits toning, foxing , and some folds. 4.) Last Will & Testament for J. Caleb Powell of Oyster bay, New York dated April 10, 1741. Document measures 16" x 13" and exhibits folds and foxing. 5.) Manuscript perpetual almanak(sic) circa 18th century (no date). Sheet measures 11.5" x 17.5" and exhibits foxing and folds with some slight edge chipping. 6.) Pre-Civil War broadside for the Steamer Neptune travelling from New York to Providence and Boston. Broadside printed by A. Hanford in New York City. Broadside measures 10.5" x 13.5" and presents a side view of the steamer and printed voyage information. Broadside exhibits foxing and folds. 7.) Broadside timetable for the Long Island Railroad for the period of December 8, 1851 thru April 1, 1852. Broadside measures 16" x 13.5" and exhibits folds with some slight fold splitting. All documents and ephemera are housed in individual frames measuring 23" x 18.5" that exhibit some surface scuffs.
