Glued to foamcore mount; uneven toning throughout; scattered surface dirt including possible rust stains below right eye, within instructions, beneath face at lower left and above circle in lower quadrant; small dents to paper on nose and left side; small creases with some lifting along edges of both ears, around nose, and upper edge of face; most pieces glued to sheet-base.
