French 18/19th C. bronze figure of 'Drunken Silenus with Bacchante and Satyr' mounted on octagonal marble base. Silenus was the Greek God of Drunkeness and Wine Making, also known to be musically creative and was associated with dancing and drunken joy. Measures 7"H x 3.5"W x 3.25"L; base 2"H x 4"W.
