Description
Walter Addison, New York, 1914-1982. A molded terra cotta lamp made by Walter Addison. The lamp is hand painted with an image of a blue heron across the front panel, and is drilled for wiring, circa 1940-70 - very good unused condition - 18 1/4"H x 10"W. Provenance: Consigned by family. All artwork was found in his cottage in Washington Depot, Connecticut, on the banks of the Shepaug River, where he lived with his wife Rhoda from 1965 until his death in 1982.
