The disbound large friendship album of Miss Elizabeth B. Wire, 1838 (so signed on initial leaf, and with some contributions plainly addressed to her.) 11.5" x 9". Contains numerous contributions in verse, in a variety of hands, along with approximately 35 plates of various sorts mounted to leaves (of which approx. 10 are hand-colored.) Approximately 60 leaves in total; some of the contributions near the end date later (1860s or 70s.)

Condition

Nearly all leaves detached, some finger-soiling, marginal chipping or tears to some leaves, occasional stains, sold as-is.
