This is a wonderful piece of Hohokam (Southern Arizona) culture, dating 850-950 AD. Polychrome red zigzag lines and coils on buff or light tan clay. Measures approx 4" tall x 6" wide. NOTE: From the collection of Daniel Cutrone, professor at Cal State Dominguez Hills, specializing in preserving the four corners of Native American Indians. Amazing piece.
