Andrew B. White (New Zealand born, based in New York City). "Coney Island Snow", a digital photograph giclee archival pigment print, Hahnemeule Photo Pearl 310gsm, Number 1 of 20, date created: 2015. A magical photograph in which as the artist himself has described, "Coney Island is transformed from a crowded summer playground by a winter snowstorm" - including landmark attractions of the iconic park such as the Thunderbolt. This famous wooden roller coaster of Luna Park in Coney Island operated from 1925 until 1982; however, it remained standing until 2000 when it was ultimately demolished. In 2013, however, the operators at Luna Park announced that they would construct a new steel roller coaster of the same name, which is the one featured in Andrew White's beautiful photograph.
