JOHN DEACONS (SCOTTISH, B. 1950) STARS OVERLAY FLOWER BOUQUET LAMPWORK STUDIO ART GLASS PIEDOUCHE PAPERWEIGHT, unusual stars millefiori exterior, cut-faceted with a circular top window, interior featuring a two-flower bouquet with a blue millefiori butterfly above, one flower amber and the other red with each having opal bisections, a bud to each side, each raised on a thin green stem, four total green leaves, all raised on a mushroomed blue ground, raised on a ringed piedouche base, signature cane to the underside. Deacons Glass, Crieff, Scotland. Dated 2003. 2 7/8" H, 3 1/4" DOA.
