Depicting the goddess Diana in the manner of Jean-Antoine Houdon (1741 - 1828) with her characteristic crescent moon crown and leather archer's strap, on a rouge marble pedestal base

Overall good condition with minor scuffs and darkening/oxidation to bronze commensurate with age. As well, the gilt surface with patination, rubbed wear, and small areas of verdigris in the crevices of the sculpture.
