If put on a phonograph, it reportedly plays an obscure Velvet Underground track. It is one of the Pop Art print multiples executed by Andy Warhol and published in 1967 by Black Star for Andy Warhol's Index Book, an absurd and revolutionary volume designed as "a children's book for hipsters". Size: 7 1/4 x 7 1/4 inches (185 x 185 mm). A classic work of Pop Art from Warhol's Factory period, created at the height of the New York psychedelic scene. Not signed.
This work is in excellent condition: the disc has never been played and the center spindle hole remains intact and was never punched out.
