4/17/23 10:41am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 121: I note the commode is sturdy, some light evidence of old woodworm, surface wear to case, including some mars, light scratching, and light finish loss apparent to the top, wear to the interior bottom where the drawer meets the case, and some typical wear to feet, all commensurate with age and use, I observe that all drawers operate smoothly at this time, with the interior middle drawer sticking just a bit.
