4/24/23 2:15pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1343: I note the commode is sturdy, the stone top is intact with some slight areas of fill to top – though I do not believe this is restoration for cracks, more so that it is either inherent to the construction of the stone top, or possibly some of the small stone fill has come out and needed to be filled in, I am unsure. Both corner mounts with horizontal lines/ breaks at the same place on each, the thin metal trim at the lower right side is lifting, some light veneer loss and lifting (some pictured at front center), the top drawer pulls comes up some when pulling on the drawer, I observe that the drawers operate at this time, but would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement.
