Description
Neo-Gothic silver and gilt silver chalice resting on a six-lobed flat foot. Three red-toothed quatrefoils are chiseled on the base of the foot, respectively representing the images of the cross pattée, the monogram of Christ and the symbol of the Holy Trinity. They alternate with stylized symbols of the Eucharist. The tapered stem bears a large knot of toric section decorated with vine shoots recalling the false cut with the edge cut out of the leaves of aquatic plants.
