Early 20th century Antique Von Schierholz porcelain centerpiece. Handmade early 20th century German painted porcelain centerpiece. It features human figures (two men and two women), dressed in Victorian style depicting wheat-gathering field workers, at the top decorated with brightly colored roses and spring flowers applied around the base. The scalloped bowl is stopped by perforated designs, hand-painted floral decorations, and similar applied floral accents. Stamped with the crown, shield, and 3-leaf mark used from 1907-1927. This beautiful decorative piece, which can also be used to place fruit, needs minimal partial restoration. Measures 20" tall x 12.50" diameter at the top, separating from the bottom (2 pieces).
