Your first hospitable refuge is the Ilmenskaya tourist centre located on the shore of the lake of the same name, 110 km from Chelyabinsk. The route is a 152km long hike along the mountainous part of the Southern Urals and the places of the Pugachev Uprising. During the hike tourists will visit Zlatoust, the city of the famous bulat steel factories on Lake Turgoyak, the most beautiful in the South Urals. Three days are devoted to rest in Chelyabinsk where an interesting excursion programme awaits tourists. The duration of the stay on the route is 18 days.
